Jetsy for cleaners

Book the next clean while you are still on this one.

Your hands are full and your phone is in your pocket. Jetsy answers, asks how many bedrooms and bathrooms, and books the first clean. Repeat customers go on the route by themselves.

No card for the free trial. English and Spanish. Code CRM27 takes 27% off every month.

Jetsy answers for a cleaning company in the moments you cannot pick up: scrubbing a shower with your phone in your pocket; on the Friday route with the gate code on the screen; walking to the car while the invoice goes out by itself. It was built in Arizona by a painting company that runs on it every day, and it works in English and Spanish.

The phone

What a cleaning customer hears when Jetsy answers.

It picks up in your business’s name, says it is the virtual assistant and that the call is recorded, finds out what they need, takes the address, offers two times from your calendar, books one and texts the caller. Here is the sample call, written out.

  1. JetsyThanks for calling Spotless Homes. I’m the virtual assistant, and this call is recorded. How can I help?
  2. CallerHow much is a deep clean for a 3 bed, 2 bath?
  3. JetsyA 3 bed, 2 bath deep clean starts at $280 — that’s the owner’s price. The exact number after a quick look at the house. What’s the address?
  4. Caller1180 West Elliot Road, Chandler.
  5. JetsyGot it. I have Friday at 8 or Monday at 1. Which is better for you?
  6. CallerFriday at 8 works.
  7. JetsyDone, that’s booked. Can I get your name for the appointment?
  8. CallerIt’s Dana.
  9. JetsyThank you, Dana. I’m texting you the time and the address now. Have a good one!

They ask. Jetsy answers and books.

  1. How much for a 3 bed, 2 bath every two weeks?”

Jetsy gives your starting prices by home size, the way you set them.

  2. Do you do move-out cleans?”

Jetsy takes the address, pets, the gate code and the day they want.

  3. Do you bring your own supplies?”

Jetsy books the first clean and sets it to repeat every week, 2 weeks or month.

Have Jetsy call you — hear it yourself in a minute.

Type your cell. Jetsy rings you and you ask it anything about Jetsy — it is the same software that would answer for a cleaning company.

Phone answering comes with Jetsy 2.0 and up. You keep your own number and forward it. On Jetsy 1.0 you answer your own phone and still get the whole office.

A real week

What it looks like for a cleaning company.

  1. 1
    Tuesday, 9:15 am

A new customer calls while you are scrubbing a shower. Jetsy books a deep clean for Friday and a repeat every two weeks after that.

  2. 2
    Friday, 8:00 am

Routes puts the day in driving order. Your team taps the next stop and sees the gate code and “two cats, keep the door closed.”

  3. 3
    Friday, 11:30 am

Done. The invoice goes out by itself with a Pay now button. She pays from her phone before you reach the car.

  4. 4
    Month end

Customers who owe are at the top of the list. Statements go out in one tap.

New for cleaners

The newest things Jetsy does for a cleaning company.

Each one is already in the app. Open it live in the sample, no sign-up.

  • Day-before reminder texts for route customers

Turn on Reminder the day before and every route visit due tomorrow gets one text from your own number: “Hi Ana, this is Happy Brush. A reminder that we are coming tomorrow, Thursday, Oct 15.” Weekly, monthly, moved and one-time visits all count. Never twice.

  • Several properties and the equipment at each

One customer, more than one address: a home, a rental, a second building, each with its gate code and access notes the crew sees on the job. The equipment at each one (brand, model, serial, install date, warranty end, photos) keeps its own service history, and a warranty ending soon is flagged.

  • Maintenance agreements billed on their own

Set up a plan: what is included, the price, how often it bills, visits a year. Send it, the customer signs on their phone and saves a card, and Jetsy charges it when due, puts each charge on Invoices and schedules the visits on Routes. Pause or cancel from the card.

  • A missed call texted back

Somebody rings and hangs up before you get their name. Within seconds they get a text: “We saw your call but did not catch what you needed. Reply here and we will help.” Once per number per day, between 7am and 10pm, in Spanish if they spoke Spanish. You can use your own words.

    From Jetsy 2.0 · $50 See it live →
  • The reminder asks YES or NO

The day-before reminder ends with “Reply YES to confirm or NO to change it.” YES marks the job Confirmed and thanks them. NO buzzes you right away with their number and tells them you will call to pick another day.

Questions

What cleaners ask before they start.

Can Jetsy book a clean that repeats every two weeks?

Yes. It books the first clean and sets it to repeat every week, two weeks or month, and the customer becomes a stop on your route. Your team sees the gate code and the pet notes on each stop and taps Done.

Does the invoice go out by itself after a clean?

Yes. When the stop is done, the invoice goes out with a Pay now button and the customer pays by card from their phone. The customers who owe sit at the top of your list, and statements go out in one tap.

What does Jetsy tell a caller who asks the price?

Your starting prices by home size, the way you set them in Setup, or that the price comes after a quick look if you leave them blank. It asks how many bedrooms and bathrooms, the address, pets, the gate code and the day they want.

Can my customers get texts in Spanish?

Yes. On Jetsy 2.0 and up it answers calls in English or Spanish at no extra cost and texts in both, and the app switches with one tap. Quotes and invoices can be made in Spanish for a customer who prefers it.
