Your trade Electricians
Jetsy for electriciansYou cannot answer the phone with both hands in a panel.
Panel upgrades, EV chargers, fans, outlets and the “half my house has no power” calls. Jetsy answers, sorts the urgent from the someday, and books the visit.
No card for the free trial. English and Spanish. Code CRM27 takes 27% off every month.
Jetsy answers for an electrical company in the moments you cannot pick up: with both hands in a panel; counting cans and switches at a Thursday 6 pm quote; on install day while your helper fills the checklist. It was built in Arizona by a painting company that runs on it every day, and it works in English and Spanish.
What an electrical customer hears when Jetsy answers.
It picks up in your business’s name, says it is the virtual assistant and that the call is recorded, finds out what they need, takes the address, offers two times from your calendar, books one and texts the caller. Here is the sample call, written out.
- JetsyThanks for calling Bright Spark Electric. I’m the virtual assistant, and this call is recorded. How can I help?
- CallerHow much to install an EV charger in the garage?
- JetsyAn EV charger install depends on the panel, so the owner looks first — free. Do you know how many amps your panel is?
- Caller200 amps, I think. We’re at 3300 South Price Road, Tempe.
- JetsyGot it. I have Tuesday at 10 or Wednesday at 3. Which is better for you?
- CallerTuesday at 10.
- JetsyDone, that’s booked. Can I get your name for the appointment?
- CallerIt’s Tom.
- JetsyThank you, Tom. I’m texting you the time and the address now. Have a good one!
They ask. Jetsy answers and books.
How much to install an EV charger in the garage?”
Jetsy gives your service price and says you are licensed, bonded and insured if you tell it so.
Half my outlets stopped working, is that an emergency?”
Jetsy asks what stopped working and whether there is a burning smell, and tells them to call 911 if so.
Are you licensed and insured?”
Jetsy books the visit and puts the lead on your Today list.
Have Jetsy call you — hear it yourself in a minute.
Type your cell. Jetsy rings you and you ask it anything about Jetsy — it is the same software that would answer for an electrical company.
Phone answering comes with Jetsy 2.0 and up. You keep your own number and forward it. On Jetsy 1.0 you answer your own phone and still get the whole office.
See your own website, and hear the call above answer as you.
Type your business name. Your website shows up in a phone, the sample call answers in your name, and the free-trial buttons start with it filled in. Nothing is saved until you start.
What it looks like for an electrical company.
- 1Tuesday, 2:10 pm
A homeowner wants a quote for recessed lights in three rooms. Jetsy books Thursday evening and asks for a photo of the ceiling.
- 2Thursday, 6:00 pm
You count cans and switches on the price book. The proposal goes out with your logo, your deposit terms and a Pay deposit button.
- 3Install day
The job has a checklist: breaker labeled, photos of the panel, customer signature. Your helper fills it on his phone.
- 4After
Follow up asks for a review a few days later. One tap sends the link.

Each one is already in the app. Open it live in the sample, no sign-up.
-
Several properties and the equipment at each
One customer, more than one address: a home, a rental, a second building, each with its gate code and access notes the crew sees on the job. The equipment at each one (brand, model, serial, install date, warranty end, photos) keeps its own service history, and a warranty ending soon is flagged.

Inventory and purchase orders
Parts and materials with a part number, unit cost, reorder point and supplier. Stock at the shop and on each truck. The crew records what they used on a job from their truck and you add it to the invoice at the price-book price. Low stock is listed once a day, and purchase orders go to suppliers by email or print.

Dispatch board and crew map
A lane for each crew member. Tap a job to assign it or move its day and time, and overlaps show in red. The map shows where the crew is only while they are working with Jetsy open, and stops after their last job of the day.

Crew time clock, timesheets and payroll CSV
The crew clocks in, out and on break from the crew app, on a job if they like. You see weekly timesheets per person, fix a missed clock-out, approve a week and it locks, see hours over 40 flagged, and download a payroll file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

A missed call texted back
Somebody rings and hangs up before you get their name. Within seconds they get a text: “We saw your call but did not catch what you needed. Reply here and we will help.” Once per number per day, between 7am and 10pm, in Spanish if they spoke Spanish. You can use your own words.

What electricians ask before they start.
A caller sees sparks or smells burning. What does Jetsy do?
Jetsy stops booking, tells them to stay away from it and call 911 if there is smoke or fire, and takes the address and what is happening. You get a note on your phone right after the call, so you call that one back first.
What does Jetsy do when half the house has no power?
It asks what stopped working and whether there is a burning smell, and tells the caller to call 911 if so. Otherwise it books the visit and puts the lead on your Today list.
Can the proposal ask for a deposit?
Yes. The proposal goes out with your logo, your deposit terms and a Pay deposit button; the customer accepts and pays on their phone through your own Stripe account.
Can my helper fill a checklist on the job?
Yes. A job can carry a form or checklist (breaker labeled, photos of the panel, the customer’s signature); required items must be done before the job is marked finished, and you can print or share a clean copy.
Will Jetsy say we are licensed and insured?
If you tell it so in Setup. It says what you set, word for word, and takes a message for anything you leave blank instead of guessing.
